I think Wizards should unironically just announce they are going to errata cards for competitive play. Reading the card explains the card is a joke for a reason, we're in the age of textless special art and impossible to read secret lairs. Just say that we are changing it so that Vivi's official rules text is whatever. Yu-Gi-Oh already does it too, it works fine (the game is awful for other reasons.) This would solve the issues with 60 card formats and not really piss off their partners or casuals who won't even care

Which leads to the other issue which is if I’m playing red… then fuck it might as well go Izzet.
