The deck just kinda spins its wheels until you ping people to death. Try going in a route that doesn't involve you casting just draw spells for the sake of drawing. Your commander is giving out cards, lean into it. Your commander copies spells for free, lean into spell copy effects like Twinning Staff.

You can assemble any opening hand you want, and draw any cards you want after that at a rate of 1 per turn. All other magic rules apply (1 land drop per turn, etc.).
