I may have been underestimating Scyllax and their silly jellyfish tentacles. If you buff them and get the charge, eleven of them will happily kill more Justaerin than the Justaerin kill of them, and same goes for almost any other elite terminator. Might even be worth cramming eleven of them and a minder into the Macrotekmobile and shoving them up the board, that's only about 330-360pts plus transport and can make a good attempt at sweeping any infantry unit other than 5-10 elite termies with a serious character attached, although feedback will do a number on them afterwards and cause nearly as many casualties as the 5-man justaerin squad did. Probably acceptable at 25ppm, people don't really expect the Mechanicum to run at them.

The Cerb should pen itself about once every three rounds on average, so it is highly likely to last you the entire game unless you get very unlucky. There's about a 3.4% chance for a 7HP+ Cerberus to die from overloads sustained in a single shooting phase, which is probably worth the risk in most cases.The place where the Cerb is sad is that if tasked to shoot the Brass Scorpion of Khorne it takes about three rounds to kill the thing, and if it's being repaired it won't get it done in four rounds without rolling unusually hot.

Which is the root issue- there's poor rolling and then there's statistically assured outcomes, and the way overload works currently the thing will pretty much always kill itself if the opponent scuffs it up a bit (no non overloaded profile to avoid this btw.)
