Alright so tldr is im a teacher and I was made sponser of a sort of gaming club for my students. One of the main games in the club is going to be magic. Ill have a decent budget for it I guess, about 200ish a month+ random fundraisers and an intial budget of probabbly another 300. I was thinking for the magic portion I just buy some random bulk for like 30 bucks, the lands. Teach the kids standard and commander and have them sorta play with that as I add in like 2-3 drafts through the year. I also intend to make some proxies as well to potentially add some staples. Exact kid count is a bit in the air but its going to be 12-20 kids total. Thoughts? Honestly im not sure where else to ask but here. Not that I can complain im being paid to do this. There will also be a few other games like some table top shit but luckily alot of those are effectivly free.
If they don’t make bans for EVERY single format in November 10 this fucking game is going (deeper) to hell.
