My unsolicited opinion is that the 40K team should copy the AoS team’s simplified and advanced rule split, but actually remember to make the advanced rules advanced. Like in the simplified rules you use what’s in the box and default datasheet for any respective unit’s loadout. The advanced rules lets you pay for more granular wargear options to amend the datasheet.

Oh and eyes naturally draw attention so if you mess them up too much it will bring the whole paintjob down. I don't have any 40k examples but I think this is the best face I've painted so far. The corner of her mouth is a bit too pronounced but other than that I'm very happy with it.
