First, updates. Kaoru got her rightful spot in Above Average. Yae got rid of The Zone, dropping in the ranks. Since no-one spoke up, I decided that the Demi-Idolon perk freebie doesn't count, as everyone would have it, just leading to inflation. However, if someone takes it again at the cost of a perk, that counts. That boosted Ran, but his position remained the same.

Added Builds:
Teruma and Kohaku went to Elite. Teruma is held back by lack of Athletic, while Kohaku is held back by lack of a 2 point perk, leading to their order.
Chie slotted in between Kaoru and Yae, while Parfaite is not too far behind.

So, quite a few changes this time. Since the awakened powers count as a tier 2 perk irrespective of what they are, some builds got enough in their bank to move up a level.

First two are Kohaku and Tomaki. Both are the weakest of the Top Tier, but they were both only being held back by their lack of a tier 2. So I must abide by my constraints and promote them. Welcome to the ocean, small fish.

The other promotion was none other than HIM, Shu. Face III as a perk is enough to lift him out of Above Average and into Elite, especially with how he's gotten so many other Awakened to love him.

Of course this means that the femdom agenda is triumphant. All tiers are topped by females now.

The Mid and Kid stay where they are. I don't care if they now have a physical power, by Awakened standards they are MID. Go to the gym.

For the Humanity Lost builds, would it make sense for them to meet up in a dangerous location? I think it would be an interesting set piece but I'm not sure if you guys would think it verges on being PIS for them to be there.
Maybe something like they go somewhere to meet with a yokai only for it to turn on them for its own agenda.
