Some armies hard counter orks especially guard tank lists and knights, lots of units are laughably overpriced like 160 points for a fucking battlewagon when guard can get a leman russ vanquisher that can kill it in 1 shot for 145 points. There are almost 0 anti-tank options because they are all low AP and most are S9 or only 2 damage sometimes both and basically every ork gun is a pure downgrade from its imperial equivalent yet your hitting on 5s and still paying the same prices in points a good example is the kustom mega blasta which is a straight downgrade from the lascannon. Not to mention orks melee isn't even that good to make up for it because armies like blood angels or world eaters will roll over you without issue.GW purely balances the army around ghazkull and somehow expects him to carry you to victory while also nerfing anything else that becomes remotely viable within a week. >>96915018I’d say no. Unless you’re running a really sweaty list you’re never gonna need more than 1-2 of either. You can just leave the turret unglued to swap if you want. The heavy bolter/Lascannon hull mount is bitch to swap though and is probably worth magnetizing. My repex I didn’t even glue the bottom turret panel in so I can swap for plasma if that ever becomes worthwile. The tolerances are pretty good on the newer marine vehicles, though the impulsor is still a bit funky and might need some gap filling.
