Went to the shifting Fronts event today at warhammer world, it was fun and I took my guard with me. Lost games 1 and 2 but won game 3.Game 1: Imperial Knights, practically wiped off the board only scored 10 for paintedGame 2: Necrons, scored 25 points probably should have positioned things more but the terrain was pretty bad in terms of getting lines of sightGame 3: super close got 53 whilst opponent got 47, mission was siphon power and I was able to keep him locked out of moving up mostly by keeping him on edge with deep striking scions and blocking with tanks.Mission deck we were playing was the asymmetric warfare from chapter approved 2025Pic is from start of game 3

Consult pic related. Pick up a pack of greenstuff, and a pack of milliput and mix them 50:50 as your sculpting material. It's much more forgiving than straight greenstuff because you can smooth it with water like clay, and it sands much nicer than greenstuff

I don't know how to play around the fact my dice are just never lucky man. I keep paying for defensive stats like Mortarion only to have him die trivially to weapons that shouldn't even be particularly good into him. Every single time my opponent shoots a hunter killer missile it doesn't matter if I'm 4+ invuln 5+ FNP I just know that I'm going to eat 6 damage from one random missile and it happens every time.But then I will play my friends and their 5+ FNP will easily void half my damage every single time.
