He plays his erhu a lot during the day, since that’s his main cultivation method, and he acts a bit distant with most people, but he can be found in nature often. He might take long walks with Dashan in the wilderness, or just hang around the gardens. Where does the Xun clan live, specifically? Do they have a palace? A castle town of sorts? Anyway, in the odd occasions Jian does get out of his room to socialise, he tries to give back to the Xun clan by being a court musician of sorts. He might help someone like Wen if she needs to meditate with some calming erhu sounds in the background, or give offerings to Moyu if she bothers Jian enough about it.
