Did they event try with the uniform plot?

They say people lose themself like urara(lose her music powers) but halona have her powers in the last duel, yes michiru go to a coma(he alredy did after yuyu) and people dropping the game is irrelevant when in the same episode GUI say more people than ever is playing the game.

People get stronger in uniforms but anyone that go there lose when they comeback(urara was the only one that didnt vs Tomari)
The everyone will become ME from GUi dont make preassure at all if there 0 examples in the anime
Halona has 2 duels and 1 its megumi
Sophie only fight Raika
why i should take serious this antagonist at all,
animate the sophie vs danji from the usa deluxe to prove her or something but we cant make danji look bad in this anime

Anons help me. I want to start watching Vanguard. Where do I start? I see there's a reboot of the original but with way fewer episodes.

the "Reboot" is of V-series Vanguard. It's more based on the Manga adaption of the series.

Classic is prolly where to start, with the first four or five eps being a good tutorial and all. Just mind the fact some of the facts are a BIT dated, such as the show-exclusive "Oracle Guardian, Hermes" (Which only shows up in a single episode and was never made to print)

Also some say that Classic tends to have the better story compared to it's counterpart in V-series (Which drastically shortens the story).

Also if you want to try your hands out with "Vintage" Vanguard, there is VGDD2, but mind the fact it's kindof expensive...

Partially related, I kinda wish we had more anime-style Alternate Art cards, like that version of Oracle Guardian, Gemini in that pic.

Unfortunately, it doesn't exactly expand on various clans in terms of gameplay. Hells, the only major time Bermuda Triangle and Neo Nectar show up is in a side tournament.

Now for Standard Vanguard (D-series)... OverDress is the start point. (There is at least a free demo of VGDD1 in case you want to try a smidge of standard)

OG season 1 is the best, if you can find it. The vibe is unlike anything afterward and it's so good. If you just want to get into it though, you can honestly just start with the current series Divinez. Season 1 pretty much stands on its own for the most part. By season 2 you have a few more character cameos from OverDress, but I'm not sure it's worth it to go back unless you're invested. You'll probably be able to follow along just fine regardless.

Started catching up on Divinez starting from Deluxe Arc, and the first episode was so charming. It actually kind of reminded me of Link Joker era Vanguard. I'm surprised at how much I missed the Divinez cast and enjoyed seeing them again, which is more than I can say about anyone from overDress. They actually feel like developed characters and it feels nice to actually care about a cast of characters for the first time in ages.

Finally got around to watching the last episode of Divine Z. 2bh I wasnt looking forward to guaranteed protagonist win but they really made the fight as good as it could possibly be.

The series should have an exclusive episode for the destined ones and another duel for Sybilt in general.
