>TQInsect tribal. The latest insect cards from EOE really helped streamline the deck. Play insects and additional land drops/ramps so boardwipes only hinders your opponent so you swarm the board again. Don't ignore the big trample bugs, your commander gives them deathtouch and a lot of damage goes through.
Is this game worth playing?My last experience was a few years ago at a game store and some kid cried when I countered his Voja.Now I'm seeing all sorts of bracket nonsense that I have no interest in learning.

>TQMy first ever deck was a $25 Miirym dragons deck that I loved because it was (obviously) strong despite the low cost. My first money deck was Pantlaza dinosaurs, which I loved because I leaned more into exile and exile synergies than just dino tribal, but don't get me wrong it was still dino tribal.Abandoned both because they were too strong and tribal slop just isn't interesting. Good for new players but established players should be more creative than that.I reworked Miirym into clones tribal though, which made it kind of funny. It's in DIRE need of a rework though because even as a joke deck, it does absolutely nothing for 4-5 turns. I'm running something like 30 clones in it but I might need to cut that down to 20 clones and give the deck 25 pieces of ramp because it can't actually do anything until Miirym is on the field and I have 2-4 mana open.

Even my decks that aren't explicitly tribal have some leaning in that direction. Brago has a lot of spirits, Baylen is chock full of bunnies, that sort of thing.

how do I teach noobies that they should hold up interaction for someone threatening to end the game and not on some stupid shit the moment they draw it?I've tried reasoning that the reason we keep losing is because they are wasting their removal on a card on the field that can answer an incoming threatthey just keep saying that the repeatable on board removal is too scary and keep kingmaking and I feel I need to build a deck that can get the message across since words won'tare there any other than combo decks that do this?
