I'm not sure what your preferences are, but I would suggest some kind of Survivor deck or some kind of W/D/F abomination to get through the game quickly (if that's what you're after). If you're planning to just take your time and enjoy the grind, try taking a look at the entire deck list from the game:

Financially it exists because TT wants to put as much attention on the series as they can, but gameplay wise now that I've looked into it Wixoss's level system actually fits a magical girl anime pretty damn well.
