Gonna try something a little different and make a hologram/battlefield display thinger as just a little modeling/painting project. First time working with spackle for anything that's not fixing parts of my house and it was pretty fun. But before that, people discovered that hit re-rolls are *really* good and most competetive GSC lists consisted of spamming neophytes with primus leaders in them, which was absolutely awful to play and got even worse with the codex when they gave neophytes the good ol' "can only have exactly what's in the box" treatment and forced you to fire like eight different weapon profiles if you wanted to shoot with them.That got nerfed too, no more hit re-rolls (thank god) and now they're in an okay spot with some fun detachments. Final Day especially is cool, and mixing in vanguard tyranids with GSC and having the tyranids eating them during the game is a hoot.

If we are really lucky, 11th could be an index edition, which means on release every single army gets a book of updates rules to go along with the new edition, and it's totally free. The units rules always change in some way during a new edition.
