That's like 40 vampiric knights for my round table. (or do I dare? do I dare take 7 vampires and have a family of 91?)
I can also reward my allies with immortality.
This does mean we have to go out raiding often, but I'll reserve a chamber in the castle for blood harvests so we have reserves and nobody attacks my peasant workers.
Since I can preside over my own territory, I can have a few townships to feast on that won't have another lord to beg for protection.
My public opinion is neutral, but it could sink if my blood tax is levied to high or on too concentrated a population. If it does, other liege lords might have a good excuse to try taking my territory, I'm banking on my retinue being enough to deter them.
Additionally: has anyone ever considered repeatedly resurrecting victims using foreign flesh from animals and heating the blood? Functionally it'd let you turn animal calories into drinkable human blood for vampires, until eventually the victim has become too warped and no longer counts as human. Maybe turning animal calories into humans is what towns do anyway.

After surviving Order 66, former Jedi Knight roams the galaxy looking for her missing friends and for a way to make things right (I feel like, in accordance with the grand tradition of soap opera melodrama that is so prevalent in Star Wars, at least one of them turned traitor one way or another). She picks fights with the Empire often, both for justice and to manage her wrathful nature. Powerful in combat, knowledgeable and proficient at staying hidden, but lacking in true technical mastery and underworld contacts, Neela is, by and large, out of her element.

The Ship: YT-1300 "Bitter Vagrant"
It's no Acclamator, but it will do. Well-armored, decently armed, easily maintained, just the thing for someone who's gonna get shot at.
As a Jedi, Neela is perfectly fine with austere living conditions, but high crew comfort means less friction and discontent among in the team in general. Zeltron Politico in particular is more accustomed to traveling with some luxury, so the ship being a nice place to hang out is a binus to her mood.
High quality cargo hold is great for delivering pricey/dangerous goods, loot taken from destroyed or raided Imperial facilities... And for transporting or keeping prisoners or bounty targets. Last part, as is the general business of hunting people down, is all too familiar to Neela. Difference being, of course, in the past she did it for the Republic, and now she's gonna do it for money and to hurt the Empire.
Also, she has the worst luck when it comes to ship names. First the Gaoler, now Bitter Vagrant. What's with all the gloom? The Force must be having a giggle.

Crewmates:
Chiss Mechanic - she's keeping the ship running and patching people up in case of the emergency. Also, her attitude and general cuteness reminds Neela of her lost padawan. It's good. Neela needs a reminder of better days and people.
Twilek Pilot - she's decent in a fight, and since the ship will be hitting Imperials on regular basis, our pilot must be really good. Also, her bluster and I-dont-care façade are easily seen through by someone as attuned to the Force as a Miralukan former Jedi Knight, so it ends up being amusing, not annoying.
Zeltron Politico - the negotiator, the information broker, the one who can actually turns the cargo into credits. Empire is extremely pro-human, so everyone else understandably has little love for it, no matter how loyal they were to the Republic. This one has no trouble using crime to keep herself in power now, going as far to extensively work with a survivor of the Jedi Purge. The usual cover is that Neela is Politico's exotic martial artist bodyguard picked up somewhere in the Outer Rim - just the sort of curio that an eccentric rich bitch would like to parade around.

Somehow Neela ended up with an all-female cast, again. Even the archetypes are similar. Harem allegations mounting.
But seriously, I really like this cyoa. I feel like it could benefit from another medic or a decent pilot, because you ARE taking Twilek unless you max the skill yourself, and you cannot be a medic yourself at all. Sure, it's all about drawbacks and benefits, but other skills are way easier to come, comparatively.

It's not much but I enjoy making these groups more than I do single builds. Complementary ones are great, and while I don't love Star Wars these days, it's a world I know a fair amount about from my slavish devotion to it as a kid, so I can make choices without too much reference. This is an excellent CYOA - I wish more original settings matched its detail and variety

So, uh, shitposting aside, what sort of archetypes or personalities you'd add as an option for a wife in a nobleman CYOA?
Context - your dad kicked the bucket and now you, his firstborn, are the head of the house. You're of age where people really expect you to marry already, at least for the sake of potentially having an heir. Plus you could really use an alliance with another noble family, so it's an arranged marriage made out of pragmatism, actually falling in love is possible but optional.
I need 6 options for story and resource balance to work out the way I want it, but so far I came up with only three
- Cold, yet polite "It's an arranged marriage, just politics and business" daughter from a powerful noble house
- Demure, even timid daughter from a really really old, but somewhat waning house
- Smug yet hot-tempered daughter from a relatively young house that's really rich
And then nothing. Any help? It was supposed to be the easiest part but I may be retarded since I've had easier time writing for key decisions that happen later.
