My dudes are traitor dark angels (not fallen) and all the good dark angel successor color schemes have been taken (black, bone, various greens, etc) and even some bad ones. I've never seen red dark angels but then that loops back around to being world eaters/crimson slaughter looking. The gimmick of /mydudes/ is they still have an inner circle and "first company" and "second company" being all terminator and bike formations, keep an inner circle, and still hunt the fallen. The inner circle is less chaos-y than the lower ranks (who've all fully believe they've all drank the chaos kool-aid) while the inner circle still believe to be fighting the good fight (aka hunting fallen and havign them repent) and occasionally try to make contact withthe rest of the unforgiven to no avail as the chapter were declared excommunicate traitoris for attacking a deathwatch watch fortress cuz one of the blackshields might've been a fallen

The problem with chaos is that there aren't as many that explicitly don't fit. Like the BEastman kill team is definitely an odd one out. I think you would have to argue that mortal cult leaders like the dark coven don't make sense in the CSM army when the Dark Apostle exists, or that accursed cultists feel more like an elite choice for a chaff cult army than a thing you would want to properly take in CSM. Traitor Guard and Traitor Commissar in particular feel like leftovers of something that could have been an army and GW has sold "Genestealer Leman Russ" before so there's really no reason why they couldn't just straight up say "Traitor Guard can run imperial guard vehicles". >>97582329Eldar historically were more forgiving because due to better defensive mechanics, like moving after shooting, -1 to hit etc. At the moment they don't really have them so they're quite similiar, DEldar are more melee oriented and all-in-ee, Eldar are more shooting-oriented and "I drag you out of position with better movement then jump on you". Both are about hitting your opponent first and hitting them hard enough that their remaining army doesn't kill all your paper units on the crackback. Some people like to pretend as if all armies played dramatically differently but it's not really the case.

I'm not saying that you need to fuck off forever as much as I and most of the thread would like that, I'm saying that you are spending way too much time fighting losing battles with shitposters and ragebaiters instead of focusing on the hobby itself.
