Then use a sepia contrast type paint only on the trim to tint it into gold. Since those paints flow so well that's way, way quicker than basecoating the trim and mistakes are quick to fix. Then use a blue contrast type paint very diluted (with appropriate medium, not water) to slightly tint the silver into a pale blue. Remember that the basecoat for the blue has to be bright silver, not gold. Then you can paint the stripes on top of that.

If there's one thing I can say with absolute certainty it's that Ferrus Manuel will never show up in 40k. I'm not even sure about Sanguinius and Horus anymore, but Ferrus is also unpopular and a non-character for an unpopular faction so he will stay dead.

It gives more bulk (Reducing movement, limits on transports) and is relatively cheap (Standard part of chapter makeup instead of relics like Termie armour limited to 1st company) and doubles down on defences. It protects the user far better from things ceramite usually protects from (Lasguns, stubbers, bolters all wound it on a -1 compared to normal power armour) but as it is just more ceramite, things that penetrate standard power armour also penetrate gravis, meaning that it has the same armour save and weakness to AP that standard power armour has.
