The last night I played I lost twice in a row, each by a single turn. I would have won given the info I had after the game if I hadn't played so conservatively. I always pull punches. One game I should have killed the guy who did a big Torment the next turn, but I didn't to be "fair" with damage. Next game I could have killed another player if I would have targeted him twice with combustible gearhulk, but I split the damage to be "fair." I was just shy with combat damage, then he combo'd.

Overall the power level of those cards is all over the place, and forcing them all into the same mana values makes balance even trickier. Aether Capture and Annihilating Ray are essily the most useful due to their versatility. The others range from ok to poopoo caca.

aether capture is fine because it's overcosted to give it foretell. it's really unremarkable.
pyrrhic is very weak, especially compared to ray. if you really wanted to give it something, you could do "for each of the discarded card or sacrificed permanent's types, destroy target permanent of that type." so you can at least cheese a second target out of discarding an artifact creature (or enchantment creature! (this is illegal in this color combination))
dismiss also feels a bit weak, lapse is 2-3, creature is usually 4 with conditional cost reduction; it's probably fine.
is rebuttal an existing card? I could have sworn it's a real card.

selesnya can be something like turning a noncreature into a creature, a super beast within.
gruul could make a creature "fight" a noncreature or spell (use CMC).

Is Parallax Wave too mean in this deck at B3? It doesn't need to tap like Lux Cannon does and with any consistent prolif it's a shitload of instant speed creature removal as an enchantment.

Am I retarded for running SoTaJ with the intent of putting it on Kilo? I don't feel like I'm targeting him with white/blue effects that often, from what I can tell it's only Unctus and Wizard Class that it would brick, and both the +1/+1 counter and the prolif trigger are useful.

I still need to play it more to refine it but right now my gameplan involves stacking resources with charge counters to get a shitload of draw and mana off of things like Eternity Elevator, Insight Engine, etc and eventually either beating people to death with big robots or burning with Lux Artillery. My current main worry is being able to productively swing with Kilo early/midgame, since if I don't get +1s on him ASAP a 3/3 with no evasion will probably get blocked and die and I'm trying to rectify that.

Technically you were in the right, you did have the opportunity to respond. He knew this, which is exactly why he was trying to be a sneak about it. You could have kept arguing and inevitably you would come out on top, but then you have to ask yourself why do you want to keep playing with people that behave like that? A commander that gives bonuses for not controlling any artifacts is certainly intriguing in EDH. I really like the idea of building effects around deckbuilding restrictions.
As for the card itself, I would maybe raise its cost significantly. Compare it to Jetmir, who gives similar bonuses but requires you to build a big board to get them. Druidman costs the same but turns all your creatures into murder machines without any effort from your part, and he also draws you cards on top of it.

moonlit is "the first time you make tokens" so only one set of 3 knights each turn is going to be copies.

so you have 3 2/2 knights from the previous turn, 3 2/2 knights from this turn, KotR with Moonlit on it that you played this turn.
next turn, KotR tries to make 3 2/2s, you replace that with three copies instead. those copies enter with a lore counter and each make 3 2/2s.
you currently have one KotR card with three lore counters and Moonlit on it, 15 2/2 knight tokens (9 with summoning sickness), and 3 KotR token copies with summoning sickness.

roaming throne is an additional trigger, so while for shorthand you can double the number of knight tokens you get for each throne, you still only get moonlit copies off the first trigger of the turn.
then just multiply everything by two for each anointed.

thus,
number of KotR copies * 3 2/2 knights * # of anointed * (# of roaming thrones (- 1 if it's the first trigger of the turn))
then if it's the first trigger of the turn, you get 3 * anointed token copies of KotR, which enter giving that many * 3 * anointeds * thrones more 2/2 knights
or just make the (kotr * 3 * anointed * thrones) knights in the first place and replacement effect one burst of them (kotr * 3 * anointed) and do the math again.

The people who need to look at their hand for 3+ minutes just to play a land drop piss me off. By the time you are passing your turn you should already know what you are going to do on your following turn, and adjust it slightly due to other player's actions and your draw. You should be read to go on your turn, not think for 3 minutes if a forest or a mountain is the "better play"

I see. That's also cool but the way you did it is just too strong. You sit still and your whole board grows without you having to do anything. I would try something like
