Hell, nothing stops you from putting an indest. counter on Mutavault then giving it an Exalted counter with Book of Exalted Deeds which outs pretty much everything but Wave of Vitriol and Scour From Existence. I find it hard to believe enough people will play infinite lifegain with no wincon that this is the problem that needed to be solved.

Stangg and Wolfgar are very traightforeward, but they can be a pain to track for bew players. Hallar is a good one for this, though.From ones I haven't played, Tannuk looks alright if you don't have a landfall deck already; landfall is very simple but the synergies can feel satisfying. Tahngarth with simple menace auras or equipment with draw value on it would be good too.
