This is how they always are but since they usually only interact with huge fans and this video was being watched by every single mythic legions buyer with an issue it exploded on them. Within a day a ton of people were pissed, trying to sell off their collections and threatening to never buy another toy from them if George wasn't fired. They had to delete the video and make a new one where the head of the 4H came out and apologized.
