Been a while since we’ve had a thread, so a few things have come out. I just saw that Present Toys announced they’re doing a 1/6 RE5 Wesker yesterday and teased they’re gonna do a RE5 Chris as well. While the headsculpt could use some work, everything else looks good. The original Hot Toys RE5 Wesker has a better headsculpt but the outfit was pleather and that was so many years ago that I’m sure everyone’s has flaked by now.Anyone see any other announcements lately? Post your RE toys as well.

China has kind of perfected soft goods production and puts out tons of figures and it’s probably easier for them to do a 1/6 figure with larger clothing than a 1/12 one if I had to guess.

looks pretty good desu. capcom had a merch survey a couple months back with questions about figures and statues so maybe official merch is coming soon but its 100% going to be the remake designs and theyve been hit or miss so ill cop this one

Who would be the preferred line for Resident Evil? I would want a line who would be willing to do some of the B.O.Ws in addition to the heroes. Figma would like only do Leon and like Jill. Figuarts has way too much on their plate as is. Jada tried but couldn't get license. I'm not keen on the other western lines.

bought this today off aliexpress, I’ve always liked this outfit for Chris with how ridiculous it is and it’s really the only cheap 1/6 Chris out there. It was only 70 shipped, but it doesn’t come with a body which they recommend the M33 TBLeague so I’ll have to pick that up as well which is around 80. I couldn’t find any reviews online so I’m gonna wait to see it in person to see if I wanna invest in the body as well.
