The problem is the arm/shoulder joint. It's a small little ball hinge made of two sides held together by friction. Surrounded by a bunch of moving stuff that pushes against it.
It's not a matter of QC, it's just a matter of when.
The only way you can avoid it is if you barely touch it. Pose it once or twice, don't push the articulation too hard, and then find a spot for it.

Quick blog update. Turned out kakashi had 2 missing fist hands and a duplicate book holding hand on top of the broken peg, so seller gave me a full refund :)

Things such as the tabs in the knee joint parts are "by design", so I don't see this as something they can fix, more so re-design and recast new parts, which seems unlikely for a re-release, but then again then Mafex wolverine re-release used entirely different joints, so I guess it is possible.

Figma were hit and miss for a long time. Their early berserk figures were mediocre, but their titan line was fantastic. Their my hero and one punch man lines were then so bad I dropped them entirely (much worse that shf guts). The new guyver redeemed them in my eyes and I'm hearing good things about some of their other new figures, so I think they've got better.

Everyone seems to like Samus and Guyver since their joints and articulation were specifically designed for them as opposed to using standardized joints. Doomguys issue was being too big whilst using standard joints that are too weak to support his weight.
Snake wont even have this issue as he isnt going to be Doomguys size. The original Snake they made already has good articulation so this release will only be better.

It probably is, looks to be the same type of cape as Jaou Dragon Calibur. I for one am someone conflicted, would be better to use a thin fabric cape like the one on Prime Rogue but at the same time that shit was stuck to the shoulders and limited his poseability, whereas with the Jaou Dragon setup, the cape is one piece mounted on the back and the 2 extra cape pieces to give it width are attached on balljoints making it less restrictive and easy to take off.

My Shy does indeed have an obvious leg seam issue that stood out instantly when I pulled her out of the packaging. I'm not a model kit expert so I wouldn't know. Sanding sounds out of the question. Unless, maybe super high grit like 600. Or an exacto knife of you're crazy. Too choppy and you'll cut into the figure. Heat it up for a smoother cut and you can wind up cutting into it Still cause it's too smooth.

I think Goodsmile is pretty much out of the game for MHA, so it's gonna be AY vs Figuarts.
Deku and Bakugo are inevitable, but I hope they can avoid overlap past that. Preferably, some of the less animated characters could go to Figuarts.
I'd probably also get a Figuarts Kirishima, because Yamaguchi kinda screwed the pooch with that one by making me choose one of the two forms instead of just doing the smart thing that would cost 5 cents extra and giving two separate upper bodies.

I think its possible they can avoid overlap in the way yugioh is right now. Revo has Jaden and Neos but monstersarts has Flamewingman and they complement each other. Monsterarts has the dragons and Revo has the duelists. You can do the current outfits for Deku, Bakugo and AFO and then go from there. Since Revo did Mirko shf can do Mt. Lady etc.

Kirishima comes with two chest options.
But one point of laziness/greed is what keeps them from simply being swap-outs at the waist like they should be, and that's the internal skeleton being molded as one piece for one body and as two pieces for another (the main functional one)
This means you have to go through this unnecessary process that causes unnecessary seams and gaps in the pieces of the torso and will probably lead to the pegs breaking from disassembly before long, when if they just spent 5 extra cents, they could've produced two proper torso internal skeletons, which means there would be no need to pry the bodies apart to have the full articulation on one body or the other, and both bodies could fit snugly together and maybe even be glued because there would be no reason to disassemble them. It'd also mean 10x less time spent swapping, because you'd just pop him off and on the waist depending on what mode you want. Easy, simple, straightforward, logical, and wouldn't have cost them a significant amount more.
It was a design flaw on their part. Objectively.
