The first Guts had issues with his wrists (which HoP doesn't have as much because they are considerably better), the knife constantly falling off, the harness getting in the way and the satchel in the back tearing off.
I don't recall him having arm joint issues like that exactly, but he could have. Other than the aforementioned issues, the first Guts was also heavy QC lottery with the tightness of his joints.
I can't speak for all, but Heat of Passion is worse for me, because in my experience, the rest is all great. I haven't experienced any issues with any of the other parts of that figure. Which just makes it all the worse that it has shoulders that are, to my knowledge, engineered to fall apart and fail permanently on you. Two halves that are small, held together by a bit of friction that disappears once it pops off, and pushed and pulled at by armor plates, torso sculpt and arms on the side. Yeah, his arm range is really good. Super good, but I feel like using it strains and exerts pressure that eventually causes it to pop apart.
I mean, look at picrel. Why is it so tiny? It's a shoulder/arm joint.

Looks really good. I'm surprised his "entry level" price is so high, but it definitely looks worth the price. If Bakugo comes with effects as well I can see him costing closer to 10k. Or maybe they'll treat him at the same 'entry' tier as Deku, who knows.

Just opened Kenshin, he's pretty solid. The shoulders don't get as much range as I was expecting (the rubber caps are thick) and likewise the legs can mostly kick to 90 but they are hindered a tiny bit by a thick piece of plastic. Worse is the outwards range that stop pretty hard around 45. Shins under the pants can articulate under the pants, along with the feet, so they move well. Knees bend about 90, but they're at least stable this time. The construction is different from Bleach or Sagiri knees, and all 3 are ugly but at least these ones feel stable. Torso moves a ton at the waist, neck moves well, expressions are ok. Solid overall.

I also don't know if they shaky legs are just on my Sagiri, but that's what makes her worse, I think, because otherwise, ya, I'd say she's probably better, especially sculpt wise. Kenshin has a pretty simple sculpt, but it's effective and he looks how he's supposed to. Hair sculpt is a bit weak, but that's to be expected.

Yep, useful for some pretty big adjustments. Only concern would be it getting loose. I definitely had issues with the wide base on Sagiri and making sure her foot was flat in wide stances, this basically eliminates that concern.

He has a single elbow but it definitely gets double range. I'd say it's equal to Sagiri's double elbows in terms of range.

If someone offered a working shoulder replacement kit, I'd purchase it in a second. But right now, I can't like him because he's broken in a way that might very well be worse than the first Guts. Do I want him more than other characters? No, but I doubt Bandai will give me anything on my list of wants apart from Zodd. Top of my list is Conviction Guts, Lost Children Guts, Rosine, bondage Farnese, and Rape Horse, followed by Mozgus and his disciples. Apart from Guts and Mozgus, the rest of my wants have a very slim chance. I'm one of those weirdos who doesn't want them to touch Golden Age until they've done some of the really unique shit.

The jacket was a soft material and the base color was green with the black painted on (probably preferable over black base and green paint), but because of the material or whatever, the paint just didn't seem to take well (it didn't for mine, at least), and it chipped and scratched off super easily with basic posing if I put his arms anywhere near his side.
So I stopped posing him. I am praying the SHF doesn't have the same problem.

Figma Inosuke is pretty meh. It's basically a Marvel Legends-tier figure. But if you can look past that, it's aight. Has cool effects.
If the buzzmod didn't cost a bunch, I would get that. It looks good. But I'm not paying buzzmod prices, let alone buzzmod aftermarket prices.
Figma Rengoku is also good.
Figma Nezuko and Akaza are trash fires.
I don't have Zenitsu. Missed out on him, and never ended up picking him up, so idk. I think Shinobu and Giyu were just ok based on reception (mine are in boxes because I have a giga backlog).
