Toys that invoke the same design philosophy of the World's Smallest Toys brand by Super Impulse.Basically, tiny working versions of classic/well known toys.
micro machines are cool
I had this keychain as a kid. Super rare now. Pretty rare now, but I have a Hallmark ornament that i'm 90% sure is the same product, just without the dome and keychain.
This is it.
sometimes i'll find Japanese gacha toys that fit this mold. I love this pop up pirate thing.
>>11119949Seems like Japanese people fucking love this game
>>11119955and why shouldn't they? its awesomeplus its made by Tomy, a Japanese company.
i could fill this whole thread is Basic Fun. They where doing the "worlds smallest" sort of thing in the 90's. They also did those Pokemon keychains that came with Pokeballs that everyone had. This ones my favorite, the Jack-in-a-Box.
>>11119994>>11119937I had no idea these existed that long. I thought it was 5 years ago. I know small versions exist, but only because it was a value thing instead of an actual gimmick
>>11120039pretty sure its always been a gimmick, but a value too i suppose. Basic Fun's keychain toys sold for like $4 back in the day, and Super Impulse's "Worlds Smallest" go for $10. Depends on the toy. Some work well, while others like this Worlds Smallest Air-Hogs sucks.
This ones really cool, from an American Girl accessory pack. A working Schylling Magnetic Gyro Wheel. the whole thing is about 5 inches long.
mad balls from American Greetings. what boy doesn't love gross out toys?
these guys are smaller than your average green army man. this company makes loads of animals and critters like this.
>>11119937my penis.
>>11120147i said working
>>11119970Whats the name of the movie with a bunch of tomy toys in it? It was wind up toys as i remember, maybe in a toy store? Anyway, tomy is pretty neat once you finally learn not every toy has to be an action figure.
>>11120184 I believe the film you're looking for is Where the Toys Come From (1983)
I have a tiny playable keychain version of Don't Break the Ice. Got it sometime in my teens (Late 90's/early 2000's) because it was my favorite game as a kid and somehow still have all the pieces to this day.
>>11120105>This is not a toy for adult collectors onlyok
This little Atari actually works and has 11 games in it. Picked it up when browsing Cracker Barrel's novelty shop.
>>11131441I wish there was an NES this small with SMB on it.
>>11120093That's an Uncle Spinny Dervish
>>11119937snakes and ladders?!
The little arcade cabs are cool but even in the bargain bin they were still like $20 which isn't really worth it.
