Any tax the buyer pays goes straight to eBay and you never see it at all, either receiving it from the buy, or having eBay collect it directly from you. That money just goes straight to eBay.Any fees you paid are just taken straight off the item's final amount before the money even leaves eBay and hits your account. Money is only taken from you once.I'm guessing you're thinking of the old way eBay did things, whey they invoiced you at the end of the month and just took all the fees you accumulated across all the sales for the month all at once, but they haven't even done that since they went to the managed payments thing, some three or four years ago.There's plenty to complain about with eBay, their fees are definitely exorbitant, and it was waaaay better dealing with them when you had Paypal as a buffer between your own account and eBay, because now your eBay account is tied directly to your checking account (which is why they need an ID and stuff now, since they need it for that and the 1099 tax forms, or whichever ones they are but that STILL hasn't even been implemented yet.)They don't take money from you twice, and I don't think they ever did.
