Through all the years ive loved building lego sets every once in a while even as a little kid, i think this has to be the best one i have. The best set for the price range and looks in my eyes. I cannot reccomend it enough. Fun fact: this set uses 101 frogs as the leaves. Very fun and beautiful set.
Lego gets shit on a lot for coffee table stuff but some of them are nice if you can afford them.
>>11174541It's one of the best sets they've made in recent years, just on simplicity and elegance. I'd also recommend taking a look at their recent tranquil garden set if you can find it for cheap during sales.
>>11174541I really like the gallery of alt-builds in the back of the manual. I never had any of the pirate themed sets growing up but that palm bonsai with the coconuts and sand looks great.
The orchids one also looks great and can be rearranged too
>>11174541Its cool but gathers dust sooooo hard and is such a bitch to clean it made me borderline hate it
>>11184543this, lego is better being played with
>>11174541Agreed. When I first saw it, I wanted to buy one so my minifigures could have a tree to hold picnics under....that said, since the kit itself was pricey, I ended up instead buying some parts for the tree itself off some shopping sites, and I have the base of the trunk worked out. Already amassed all the tree leaves before, so I should be able to reverse-engineer one soon!
I have nothing to contribute
