Would my kids like this you think? They love TMNT (specifically the 1987 incarnation) and even have a few figures and the van that a friend of mine gave us. It's pretty cool it's being rereleased but some of the reviews I've read say it's too small to really be played with.

The original was already too small in retrospect. I doubt kids would even really notice.

>>11223328its an alright playset but it doesnt scale well with either the vintage or modern tmnt figures. your best bet would be buying it for them and pairing it with some tmnt stocking stuffer figures (like the jada diecast miniatures, your pick of the funko minis, the minimates, or even the funrise kick skater turtles)
>>11224031Best figures for this playset is the MEGA Bloks TMNT figures. Scales very well. Even the 2021 blindbags would work. Five below also carries Mutant Mayhem minis that are painted unlike the barrel of minis that was at retail a while ago. Super7 Reaction figs scale very well for the play feature.

You can see all your options in pic related. >>11224150 i was tempted to recommend those mayhem minis aswell but i didnt want to overwhelm anon with options. you're right however those five below mayhem figures look better than the target ones. kudos for suggesting the reaction options. there's even the playmates half shell heroes or 2003 Mini mutants 2 inch figures that still occasionally see release.
