I feel like Toguro was scaled down just because they were probably a little worried about sales/profit for a villain from a show that’s no longer as popular, but they’re also out there turboscaling with Blackbeard for OP cause they know the fans will probably buy after Kaido being successful. Really just a toss up between them looking at show and manga aesthetics/official art or numbers.

The databook and the manga have different heights stated for at least Hisoka and a few others iirc. Stretching/upscaling official designs out of proportion to these heights make them look like a cadre of One Piece side characters as they don’t look like that in the manga or anime. Maybe our scale autist can make a more ideal one?

I took another look at this. The shf are listed as 5mm taller, but it's near enought the same. Using the figma proportions at 1/12 (142.5mm), this is how an SHF kurpika should look.

Yeah. I don't mean the head looking too big for the body, more so the head being bigger than the other characters because they have the proportions of a 4ft child, but are scaled at 5ft because that's what the creator deemed them to be.

Almost certainly, considering how much of a presence Bleach has at Jump Festa, and the fact that they intended to show off Hollowfied Ichigo at Tamashii Nation but couldn't because of "production issues". If anything, my greedy self would prefer 2 Bleach reveals, but that isn't likely.
I imagine there'll be a new Hero Academia thing. If there's no new Demon Slayer reveal there, I can definitely see Akaza promotional pics coming out around that time.
Maybe the new Kaiju No.8 figure they mentioned was on the way, and probably some new Dragon Ball stuff (presumably Daimaslop).

I preface this request with the statement that I am a newfag to figures but have general experience with Gunpla/Bandai Spirits, and I have attempted to use the resources provided in the OP to no avail.

I've just watched The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim and have seen mention of characters from the movie being made into S.H. Figuarts, specifically Hera (picrel), with a vague "they're on Amazon". However, I've been unable to find any presence of these figures on any site, not even a concrete announcement. The only things I've seen are the same two pictures on two articles and a r*ddit post.

I have no idea where or when I'll be able to find these figures, and am looking for even just a confirmation that they will exist. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

For Sasori(cause let's be real, while I want all three sand siblings Kankuro's chances are low) they could do it like the Rocket Toys 1/6 figure where it's a robe over a floating torso. Will probably boost the price like other 2-packs where one figure is much smaller or doesn't have much articulation. Ideally, we'd get those blades for Sasori's puppet body under the robe, too, though I feel like that'll end up two separate releases.

Figma and Revoltech were always far more accessories-oriented. Figuarts tend(ed) to usually be pretty barebones. They're actually getting more on average nowadays than historically, while Figma and Revoltech accessories are declining.
Not sure if it's the influence of that one dude working on the MHA line, but I hope he infects all of Bandai so that every line ends up with effects parts and all that stuff. Demon Slayer and One Piece lines are still lacking. Bleach too, but that recently got a release with 2 (3 if you're willing to be creative) effects pieces, so we'll have to see what the next release has before I make a judgment on the accessories there.

There was an occasional SHF with an effects piece or some accessories, but it was fairly infrequent. We get them more commonly now than we used to, and I hope that continues. All lines need to get more effects pieces. Blackbeard is a travesty.

Oh yeah definetly, I only really entered the line after how impressed I was by the sailor scout Shf I was gifted had several accessories. My first purchased shf was the goku negro and that came with a bit but apparently that was an exception.
I do have to mention the new shf ace though, now that thing actually looks like it is worth near its price point with all the shit it comes with unlike this extremely overpriced fuck that comes with nearly fucking nothing.

Funnily enough, there was a pretty long while where the DBZ line just didn't have a Kamehameha.
I think one of the early 1.0 Gokus came with a Kamehameha charging effect and Perfect Cell came with a Kamehameha beam with a base (which unironically was pretty cool even if the beam was featureless), but between then and the more recent releases, I don't think we got Kamehameha charging effects until... I think Master Ultra Instinct? After which we got the SS4 Kamehameha and the Legendary SS Kamehameha (which was basically the one that came with Orange Piccolo as well).
The only Kamehameha beams we got were the Perfect Cell one and one that came with Krillin iirc? Until we got the recent SS aura and Kamehameha set.

They're kinda like Bring Arts in that they're not worth the price of admission at all, but the difference is that buzzMOD are still good enough figures on their own if you overlook the prices. I have their Kamina and Yoko and will probably get their Edgerunners figures, and they're pretty nice. Just not exceptional. I'd put them slightly below a good Figma and above a bad Figma. Same for SHF, honestly.

It can fluctuate. I'd say they fit well in the overall picture of Figuarts, SHF, Revoltech. However, they're a pain in the neck to get after release, and a bit more expensive than they're worth. Like I said, I'd take a good SHF or Figma over a buzzMOD anyday, but they're not bad. Decently serviceable, and sometimes better than a SHF or Figma counterpart. Just usually not by much.

Yeah. They seem to do that a lot. They do the same with the demon Slayer guys where the sleeves are literal sleeves and you slide them on, then the joint attaches to the forearm through the sleeve.
The exception I think is Fern from Frieren. There your only option is to deal with it and have two layers of sleeves. Best you can do there is kinda hide the plastic sleeve under the cloth.

I am 100% certain the first mask is in given the promo image, and if they add a full mask, they really don't need to worry about the face underneath other than that it's got hollow eyes, so I hope it's those two.

Face looks way better than promo images made it seem. That image really didn't do it any favors. Probably best Ichigo face so far.
Body looks fine. Coattails are a bit revoltechy, but at least they are poseable which is cool. Tensa Zangetsu is too small but we already knew that.
Knees idk... we're gonna have to wait and see but right now they look like they're going to look about the same as the existing ones.
Also I hope they don't wait weeks to show us the effects pieces and hollow parts. If the knee copium fails, then at least those can still excite people.

The driving factor for the knee joint has nothing to do with the sculpt. It has to do with the fact that it's a double joint, with a piece bridging the gap between the upper and lower leg that is house within an empty space between both joints and extends to fill in during the bend. The folds and wrinkles don't play that much of a part in that.

The Revo's wrists and torso cuts are way worse than the leg cuts. I'm not even sure what your issue with the leg cuts would be.
The biggest thing the Revo has going for it is the number of faces. I doubt Bandai would do that many.

It was more the cut around the thigh but it's hardly a major deal break.
The price put me off more than anything.

It's funny, I am the opposite of you. Thighs are fine, but the wrists and torso jumped out at me. The ab to hip section looks really disjointed, but the whole torso issue is less noticeable when she is geared up. Same with the thigh cuts that can be hidden under the leg straps. But those wrists are mind boggling.
