I've looked through everything from the mego revival line a few years ago, mattel heroes, figure toy inc, mattel movie lines, etc. I can't find this outfit which appears to be his king aquaman costume if anyone knows what it's from please let me know.

my only idea is that it could be from Figures Toy Company, which does Mego style figures an covers stuff Mego didn't do. however, I can't find this specific one.
Looks like something by ‘Figures Toy Co’ or a similar company. They’re like an off brand Mego. Alas, I do not see this outfit on their site
