It's photo quality printed design on smooth fabric. I am just wondering what this style is called, if one wanted to find a place to make them. This is a red panda off amazon. In my experience these are a bit stiff.
It's called sublimation printing. I know you can use spoonflower to make patterns that they print all the details on, so all you'd have to do is cut out the patterns and then sew and stuff them. But I'm sure there's companies that would make custom plush like that, something like alibaba might be the best bet for that.
