thread focusing on (humanoid) toys with more than one pair of arms.anything neat our there?
Hi.
>>11292375Fuck off ChungusThena
>>11292375You seem like you have an issue to work out. how about posting figures related to the topic at hand ?
Shitty reboot be damned. The toys were the best they've never been
>>11292327Easily the best out of the digivolving line, the only thing it really needs is a head joint in atlurkabuterimon mode. It's also rather easy to find.
>>11292327There's this Chinese robot figure set. The set includes two robots and you can combine them into a four armed robot
>>11292327Metal Cardbot S has this guy, MuscleHyde currently.
>>11292513I wonder if people in the ccp buy these or are they export only?
>>11292374hmm, I grabbed an Apollo and... wasn't very impressed, this guys tempting me back to the well a bit though.
>>11292710For what the figure is, Apollo is still one of my favorite piece to pose, it's not perfect but the design and articulation have been very well meshed together and there isn't much in terms of compromises. I can't speak for the quality of different runs, though, since mine is from five years ago.
>>11292327God Valvarave had such amazing mechs
>>11292327I totally understand you, man. I too love this theme with figures and a lot of hands. It's so cool, though sometimes it takes a certain amount of challenge and skill to articulate figures like this. But it's fun, cheerfully fun.
>>11293111On this photo sh figuarts Am from "star wars visions"Not familiar with this anime, but the figure is definitely on my wishlist.
Ashuramansh figuarts
Fucking Brutaka from Bionicles.
Eva 13 specifically this one Revoltech
Some 3d printed Enderman from aliexpessLooks great, don't know about the quality, I'll try ordering later
>>11293129These are 3d printed and the quality is pretty bad. I don’t have that version but I did get a set with some weapons.
>>11293392It very much depends on the particular seller and who cut it. (different plastics, laser quality, etc.)
Was a bit surprised by the lego General Grievous in bionicles style, very decent set, probably the last really cool set of building humanoids from lego.
>>11294229He's especially good with a custom cloak.Though of course there are more expensive and detailed options for Grievous, like real action figures. But bionicles have a special charm.
>>11292969Just a shame the show was so ass, we might have gotten more models/figures otherwise. I don't know if I've ever been put off of a mecha show faster than after the vampire rape shit, completely derailed the story.
>>11294522total agree. sick mecha deaigns with a F- plotit and "shock factor"
I'm surprised no one has brought these guys up yet. Expensive and oversized to scale with a lot of things, but pretty nice in hand.
>>11294522I was 14 at the time and the rape scene freaked me the fuck out lol such a weird choice what’s that old girly anime where the main character gets hit by a toy truck at the end?Very similar non sequitur fucked up scene
>>11293112It’s not very rare. It had a wide release at Target.
>>11297135Good to know, usually star wars figures from sh figuarts disappear quickly.
>>11294217I like these guys. Who makes them?
>>11298914I don't know who originally came up with the mold and made the first prototype, but these are free to copy models from under a 3d printer, absolutely anyone can buy one and print them (with nuances)That is why there are so many different offers in different price categories and configurations on Aliexpress or eBay.
