I get Ninja Gaiden hasn’t had many figures and that the designs are pretty cool. But the games aren’t that popular to warrant this many releases… the first Ryu sold well enough, but not everyone is gonna want every version.

The exclusive QB girl did that and she even had a giant sword. Completely useless. Tatsumaki might be doable but scaling is forgotten unless Yamaguchi himself does the sculpt (and even then ignored sometimes)

From an action figure making point of view certain characters would have been practically impossible at the time. Tomoe for example. But Risty was one of the easiest. Giant head Tatsumaki at the same height as Genos would just be silly. Boros would need to be a bit taller than Puri for it to work, who already looks pretty huge.
