This finally arrived. It's surprisingly well packaged. Onto the backlog pile (probably almost as tall as me now) it goes!
I think this is the right place for this, considering the mecha parts. I finally liberated one of my Linyas from my Private Warehouse along with most of her extra stuff, and she arrived today. While I wasn't thrilled about having to buy the two hands, two stands and magic staff separately, the end result of combining them with the main figure is pretty awesome. Excluding the extra bits, the main figure comes with a lot of stuff, itself - four different faces (with interchangeable eye plates, along with a small pouch of additional eyes that were apparently a preorder bonus I didn't know I was getting), an extra set of hands with a magic effect in their palms 9one included on her left hand in this pic), a removable magnetic hat, and a bunch of other odds and ends, including a detachable pair of moveable bat wings. Her braids are on balljoints and can be repositioned, and the arm covers are segmented and removable.The mech hands are ambidexterous (flip the fingers and wrist around to make a let hand into a right one) and are articulated, with moveable fingers, wrists, and 'tails'; each one also comes with a magic effect, though on their own they have no way of attaching said effect. The hands were sold separately, so you needed to buy two to replicate her look in the promos.The additional stands are identical to the single one Linya comes with by default; the extra attachments let you clip the hands onto, and there's some small armatures included that'll let you connect the magic effects to the mech hands' palms; I feel it was really scummy to not include the stands with the hands from the start, since you can't really do much with the hands without them, but whatever.The staff is a simple thing with a real metal bar that can be detached; the head of the staff opens up so you can attach the magic effect (which has three moveable, star-shaped 'arrows' at the top. Linya is a Time Witch, so the star shapes represent clock hands).

I should note that removing the skirt leaves a bit of a noticeable gap in the area where her torso connects to her lower body, but it's negligible; I'm not sure how other people's Linyas were, but mine has a habit of separating at the torso if you fiddle with her too much regardless. The arm coverings, as mentioned, can be detached, though you need to keep the rings with the pegs they attach to on her arms, as they leave a big gap there without them. She includes some bare shoulders for you to swap out as well, but no bare lower arms or hands.I already owned and liked Fatareal, but I absolutely love this gal - she's cute and, with all of her parts, looks amazing; I still need to ship her scythe blade and swimsuit version from my Warehouse (the latter of which will also give me three new faces, some bare limbs to swap out with the main version of her, a new hairstyle, and a tiny magic wand to add to her arsenal of weapons), but I'll be doing that in a few more days.

Is there a reason why bandai can't do ankle joints properly ? Like they are too loose, which would be okay if that was the only problem but they will just split by simply using them instead of working properly. I was hoping that Sestieh would be the only one with this problem but Raidira is the exact same. Are they really too cheap to do a three parts joints on arguably one of the most important articulation point of the figure ? It's even worse on Raidira than on Sestieh too because you're using her ankles so much with her board that it constantly splits apart. I hope they take care of that issue because I feel like it's going to drive me and other people off the line.

Silver Laetitia showed up. While I was obviously expecting her to have a bit of a tan, i wasn't expecting this - this chick is almost RED! Seriously, I don't think I've ever had a kit with a tan this dark before - I think SOL Roadrunner and Strarf are the darkest gals I've had, and neither looks like they got a severe, full-body sunburn like this. It's not a dealbreaker, but I'm not at all sure what skin color would match this shade for future customization.Her silver bits look nice, but they also have some swirls going through them that don't make them look to uniform - I may just paint over the parts with actual silver paint for more of a cohesive lustre. Haven't decide what weapons or accessories I want to give her just yet; we'll see what I have in my collection that fits her when she's built.

If you are an experienced modeler you can deal with their shitty seams and mold spouts, but avoid anything complex like limbs or full kits as their resin is very fragile. Recast are not really worthwhile anymore now that the biggest kit maker Muscuto has transitioned from limited batches to made-to-order and also uses the strongest resin known to man. Also make sure to get a forwarder like Blackship instead of a proxy like Buyee as you avoid a shitload of fees and can snipe limited kits.
