Thanks. Rewatching Namek reminded me of what a great arc it was. Super excited for Krillin, Guru and FoR Goku.
Honestly can't think of any other characters we could need now, other than perhaps a battle damaged recoome, as he really plays a big part. All the other named character we've got.

Same, my Namek shelf is a cluster fuck atm. I can't even fit Porunga with the rest, so I have him on top of a dvd shelf. It's crazy how deep they went with Namek. Why didnt they just give ee Gogeta the newer hips and knees? They made completely new pants for him. Might as fucking well. No wonder he was so expensive for so little. Wish they just resued more of the bkue Gogeta body and threw in some effects, an extra face, and maybe an extra set of hands.

The ee felt off from the start to me. I usually collect everything, but those faces, shiny shoulder pads, 2.0 hips and bizarre knees just looked terrible.
Especially since I got the kamiones free because once again AliExpress shipping took 2 months to arrive.

Yeah, it almost felt like some prototype they decided not to use for a general release, but then opted to slap some shiny paint on and throw out as an EE. At least for me, I can deal with the shiny paint and weirdness of the pants...but the face sculpt is so outdated compared to most of the line and even more so when comparing to the '3.0' Gokus they revealed shortly after. (The tonsen one isn't perfect, but it does absolutely nail the face imo which I really appreciate.)

I've been getting figures here and there since like 2019 and somehow managed to avoid having to retire old figures until this guy. The base Goku I always wanted was the late Z one so finally gona get rid of sroe that looks pretty dated by now. Started after 1.0s so never had to get rid of any of those. Never got full power Goku. Got proud namekian Piccolo and never wanted the super hero or daima ones.

Hope they do a new Goku Black too. I started after the og with the base head came out and didn't really want the other versions that only had the rose head.

I’ve come to realize something. An epiphany that struck me like a bolt of lightning.

Big display and wanted a Goku for each arc in various iconic poses/fights. Kitbashed sroe for super versions, kit bashed fps for gohans, kitbashed omens and ui's for various Z iterations.
I honestly don't regret any of it, It's the part of the hobby I enjoy the most, like recently kit bashing the scouter from my second ginyu and head from my 2nd lbs onto a sroe body for a better looking goku/ginyu.
I still love having 4 piccolos. One for each major arc (Saiyan/frieza/cell/buu) and the Nail heads now give me so many more options. It's so much fun.

I'd buy a 3.0 for most of the 2.0 Goku's if they do it. I know I'm part of the problem.

I think it's fine to do update but I like to get rid of the old figure it's replacing shortly before or after I get the new one. Helps stay on top of hoarding. It's kinda like your old figure gets to keep living as the new one with an upgrade.

Rewatching Z reminds me how much I want battle damage piccolo from namek. He was great duing saiyan saga taking that shot for gohan, but on namek he's even cooler against frieza.

I wanted a U7 team display when I started and the ToP was still fresh. After all these years they're probably never gona make the Tien. Though some recent and upcoming releases made it closer with some good up to date versions of the looks. The base Vegeta prototype, you could put the kindhearted Goku head on the new SSB for the symbol/sash combo, Ultimate Gohan head on the body of base Goku and Namek Krillin is closer than the Cell saga one.

OK. My autism kicked in, and this is getting even more curious. The 1st Frieza has a new face plate and the Dodoria has a new right hand. Both are exact stills from the Bardock special so this is 100% something related to that.
I can't imagine all of these getting re-issueed with extra parts as that would piss a lot of people off, so my guess is Day 5 will be a new Bardock, but come with 4 DLC parts for Frieza, Dodoria, Zarbon, and someone else.

They filled in one of the blanks, the 14 one is Dodoria&Zarbon. I noticed something with this 3rd pic it seems like they're working their way back from the end of the special to the beginning. The first pic is Frieza about to blow up the planet at the end. The pic with Dodoria is after he gets back to the ship after thinking he killed Bardock. The third pic is from around the first 10min. So it could be a Bardock crew member or hair Nappa + kid Vegeta?

The latter wouldn't make much sense, if they're putting in this much effort in focusing on the Bardock special....Then again, since they're working "backwards" and Bardock apparently gets thrown "backwards in time" in the OVA where he goes Super Saiyan, I guess...

3.0 bardock would be odd, think it'll just be a reissue of regular bardock we already have then battle damaged bardock
