Question for the thread, why do so many of you buy toys from a company you seemingly dislike? This thread has such open contempt for McFarlane that you're announcing that you're free after making one last pre-order. I like DC too, but not enough to buy toys I know I'm going to be unsatisfied with. Any insight is appreciated because quite frankly, I just don't get it.

McFarlane offers extremely poor quality for the price most of the time with the main positive factor being the character selection. So buying the figures is always connected to having mixed feelings about the figures each and every time. Despite being able to get joy out of all my buys, the only figure I have where I can really say I have no issues is the Silver Age Superman.
