Marvel seems to have been replaced with a revolving slot where it's Marvel one year and then some other theme the next. I really liked the Minecraft calendar last year and the Marvel one has been hit or miss so I guess we'll see if it's any good. I honestly wish they would do Harry Potter every other year as well so that we could have two slots for alternate themes. I bet an Animal Crossing calendar would go hard.

Whilst out searching for more frogs yesterday I bought my first Friends set. I've heard it can be a decent theme from anons here before. I liked the selection of all the transparent and plant pieces. The axolotls are cute, but I prefer the classic style of lego animals over the Friends style. I guess I could still see these working as plushies in a moc. I'm not a fan of the brown minidolls at all. I'm not really sure what to do with them now. I could give them to my niece but then I'd feel like I'm pushing propaganda onto her. I'm guessing these minidoll things don't sell for much online, I might just bin them.

All for 40 bucks, eating good today
