Bought that theatrical edition of the new supergirl and man, why are her arms so long? Might take a knife to them just to shorten them
>$80Has anyone been able to justify this?
>>11787862i really dont get the appeal of d-list heroes (outside of noir stuff)
>>11788362Not here, but it sold out so people seemingly want it.
Post a figure that gives you this feel.
>>11788380After you've been in the game long enough you get bored with only having one good Superman movie and two or three okayish Batman movies so you start looking elsewhere for interesting ideas.

Are there still people alive who grew up with Super Friends?
>>11788665no
>>11788665There's a couple dusty necromancers here who'll say it's still the most important thing ever but those of us amongst the living regard it as silly and gay.
>>11788665>>11788675Not only do they still exist but they've finally forced DC to make the Legion of Doom and Wonder Twins canon to the DC Universe proper.
>>11788665Hanna-Barbera's DC stuff sucks. Filmation's shorts from the 60's are way more influential despite being memory holed. For instance Black Manta debuted in their Aquaman cartoon.
Found Brandon Routh Superman! Also picked up Saturn Girl. They had a Starman so I guess I didn't need to buy one from China, but who knew my Walmart would suddenly start getting waves again after the only DCMV figure they had for like a year was the Green Lantern with the gimp mask? Even if I'd been patient, I'm happier with my Starman that got smuggled out of a factory in China.Oh shit I just realized this might be my last DC figure from Todd. Hellboy is supposed to ship at the end of the month and that's the last McFarlane figure I had on preorder. This guy is cool but the lack of wire in the cape sucks.
What's this sticky goo I keep finding in Todd's newer figures? Saturn Girl had it oozing out of the joints, too.Oddly, Starman, who I thought was a factory reject or something, had no ooze. Glad I'm not giving this to a child to play with.
Here's my wip, gonna do touch ups once I've taken a step back and work on making his lover look less like a blow up doll.
>>11788908Looks cool. I think one of the Hals comes with a boxing glove construct.
InArt Dark Knight finally arrived! I dropped the deluxe bux to get the unmasked head so you can only imagine my disappointment when it was unjointed and has the neck armor sculpted on. Aside from that, it was some great head. The lack of a posable cape is a bummer. I'm sure I can find one online but it feels like I'm being jerked around when the toy itself costs a hundred bucks. All my complaints about this figure are whiny nitpicks because aside from all of that it is stunning and gorgeous.
>>11788945That thing is huge lol and besides if I take that from hal what is he gonna use to beat the tar out of sinestro?
