They only changed things in any meaningful way when loaded into the second model. 80% of the work is being done by the models themselves, 15% is that pirated lora, and 5% is from everything else. The lighting lora noticeably changes the image when it's used but not necessarily for the better. Lower fft_ratio makes the characters look more like quasi-3D renders and higher ratios make them look like human bodies with an animal head grafted onto them, but that happens randomly anyway depending on the seed.

I've found that the Base weight sliders work a bit, along with the decay and threshold.Threshold seems to operate on "higher values favor the second model", whereas decay seems to operate on a "lower values hold first model's diffusion more sharply as the gen steps happen". Blur Sigma didn't really seem to do much in my testing still, but apparently it's supposed to blur the edges of the auto-generated masks that it uses for diffusion and can be set above 1.0 to do so. All in all, it can sort of function as a 2model_FFT mode where the second model slowly takes over from the first, depending on the settings made, while also iterating a bit faster. I've been running with 0.5 decay, 0.1 threshold, and 0.5 blur sigma with results that I like. I guess these values are a bit of "hold first model sharp at the start, then give away to the second at a fast rate", which aligns a bit with how solo gens have been working properly without having to shoot SeaArt a (solo:1.4) to make happen.

Testing a bit more, I'm feeling I misunderstood the Threshold slider, but I definitely feel I have the decay factor down pat. High thresholds might mean that the assigned masks resist being changed until a criteria is met, but the effects on the gen itself seem hard to gauge. My schizo senses with coloration differences still make me feel that higher=second model though.And then there's the Dynamic Mask Alternative Guider. Apparently it's supposed to separate models between doing the foreground, like the subjects, and the background, but it errors out on my end and I suspect it's not fully implemented. It complains about a depth_model not being found but there's no way to connect something like that into mixmod with the provided inputs. The coded in fallback isn't respected in that regard either.Still not fully sure what the Bands Guider does other than split the latent space into 4 frequencies, then assign masks to the amount of bands you've selected with it. It's certainly coded in unlike the high res guider, but never seemed to do much once you pushed the bands above 2 and acted very similar to the standard guider anyway.
