He was incidentally also set up to be the most powerful entity in the setting, and the fingerpuppet/dream of something far larger. KinderEyes/Maisy did a pain threshold measuring several characters of theirs way back when, and Slink was something like "pain unmeasurable" in terms of how bad he was.

Thinking about multi head or group pokemon gave me a crazy idea for a character.What if, you are a former human, but you become not just a member of a group or one of a split head pokemon, but you become just a small part of a Pokemon. Picture it, you reincarnate/transform/whatever and you wake up as a Girafarig's tail. Not the Girafarig itself, just its tail, which normally doesn't really have a mind of its own, but with you in control of it, it does. You wouldn't be able to control the body, only the tail so you would have to convince the natural born Girafarig to do anything that you want to do. Maybe you could have limited control while it is asleep or unconscious, but you are, generally speaking, totally dependant on the Girafarig character who may or may not like the fact that it's tail is now its own entity. It may not even believe that you are real. Maybe it's mean to you and puts bags on your head or blindfolds your eyes. Maybe it falls in love with you. It's a good thing that Girafarig is a psychic type or you probably wouldn't be able to communicate at all. Better hope it never evolves. . .Girafarig is one of my all time favorite pokemon. I think this is a pretty cool idea. May even be a better fit for the setting than Raider is. Raider may be a bit too ambitious, but this Girafarig concept could just be a lil goofy guy that's fun to RP as with a lot of selfcest and kinky hijinks potential.
