In terms of sensitivity, without the context, I am presuming that the audience has not encountered the word before or being used in the sex at all, so there's a presumption of like a base level of sex. They know how things are and what things are considered 'sensitive.' If you suddenly mention that a particular part is sensitive (and that word has not been used to describe a body part prior), the audience will get the idea that whatever section involved is more 'sensitive' than the other parts, without needing to use overly. At least that's my thought process. It does come at the risk of putting faith in the audience, but I have faith.
