Thank you for the answer, but, yeah, like what 80467461 said, I don’t really do the whole Alex Jones thing. Plus, my medicine actually would help, I have oriole finding things or remembering things without it, plus it helped with eating. I don’t like to use disposable plates, since I don’t like to make much unnecessary waste. I’m one of those types of weirdos. The cleans clothes is a good one though. Weirdly, I can still wash clothes easily, just taking care of myself is harder, I guess because I don’t much care for myself. But yeah, I know HR is only for keeping up the business face rather than the actual people working for the place. But I also live in one of those “work and wage isn’t a right” states.

Thank you again for the replies. It makes me feel less like I’m just talking to myself. I might actually wash dishes soon. I really hope so. I’ve been eating off of the same plates and using the same fork, knife, and spoon for… a gross amount that I kind of don’t want to say. It’s gonna mess my sleep schedule up worse though. It’s gonna take at least two hours or close.

Don't know the guy too well but he's not the one who came up with these and there's some merit to statements re: processed foods being suboptimal and pharmacological companies being interested in having regular clients. That doesn't mean we should boil a wunschpunsch, or drink frog pee, just be mindful that most meds have eventual side effects. Painkillers losing potency or damaging kidneys, inhalers not lasting as long, resistant bacteria evolving due to us chugging antibiotics for every cough, testosterone injections causing ball shrinkage etc.
Meds may help a lot, or they may not. I'd be wary of long treatment plans though or of doctors who just prescribe those without using them as supplements to lifestyle and diet recommendations tho. Ultimately, these + moral support from caring people are what you build yourself a ladder with, one that will work for you specifically.

Since full meals are a challenge, it's just fast and easy calories that don't require chewing before ingestion and one can seldom say "no" to. Fewer carbs than sodas but is healthier and dignified. Wonderful aroma, raises mood, may induce a craving for pastries. Gotta stay strong and fed.
