I know that my reasons are partially bias, but also that what I think I saw in 2 wasn't me misunderstanding them falling in love. I also feel it's not just if the characters are in love or not. Let's say the creators 100% want them to be, but don't want the series to become all romance. I don't think that would be an issue at all as the romance would just be them connecting on a deeper level, but it's the kind of things I'm sure they're taking into consideration. I'm not trying to ruffle your feathers or anything. I want them to become a couple probably far more than I should. Never had a fictional pair matter this much to me, even. Just gotta wait until 3 and see what happens. Regardless fans will always draw/write them together so we'll always have that to look forward to. Even if it's not official it still shows how much them together means to people.
