Macro / Micro BreadVery plane editionLink to the archive:https://rentry.org/macrotrashPrevious thread: https://desuarchive.org/trash/thread/77426476Thread Question: Do you like vehicles turned into macros? Or, would you much prefer macro furries filling the niche of vehicles?
>>77490938>TQThey can be cute.Macros as a form of transport is logistically interesting. I would very much like getting rides from my big wolf wife. Also, a recent dread regarding aformentioned wolf wife, pic related>trapped in limbo version of my house where it's dark and the power/water etc. are out>outside is very dull and desolate>waifur is present but is not large (she's naturally macro-sized), has foreknowledge that a wave of enemies are going to arrive and try to kill us>most i can do is lock the doors and block some of the windows with furniture>enemies turn out to be seven foot tall artist mannequin-like puppets made of blue wood segments with rough tree bark surfaces, but they're hollow on the inside with thick, gooey amber "blood">they have creepy puppet movements and attack with animalistic fury>waifur's sword can cut through the puppets but there are like a hundred of them so we get overwhelmed and I get murdered
>>77491677maybe a few anons remeber her, maybe not.
>>77490938>macro furries filling the niche of vehicles? Not everyone being comfortable with it makes it all the better.
>>77493284I imagine many have seen what some less friendlier macros have done with public transportation before

>>77497385Can you be more specific? Couldn't find it. Mostly saw characters from that Umamusume game
>>77490938I've been a big fan of Sapient Mecha since "i, dolores". There's a bit of variety you can use with the Vehicles as Macros thing:1. The Human manufactured sapient vehicles are also the caretaker AI of individuals, so they are pretty clingy and caring about you. They constantly make references to what you posted or looked at online.2. What we believe are AIs we made are actually alien AIs. They might play as appliances, but they basically have Human personalities

>>77501222Most of my dreams are horrifying abomination-fests but it's nice when there are exceptions.Waifur originated in a dream where she was a vidya character for instance so I wouldn't have her otherwise.

What kind of mischief do you think a macro rusefox could cause with it's illusion powers?

>>77515938This would improve the game substantially
On a scale of 1 (unafraid) to 10 (extremely terrified) how do you think you'd fare upon seeing/interacting with a macro for the first time? Assuming they're going to be focused on you, willing to pick you up etc.
>>77520671Probably a 5, assuming this is a world where macros are 'normal' and not feral monsters.I've weirdly been liked by just about everyone at school, work, neighborhood, etc. so I'd probably make a good impression. But you still have to respect the macro at every opportunity. They are moving a lot of mass. A casual movement for them might have the force of a speeding semi-truck.
>>77521359
>>77523955
>>77520671I think a 7 or so. I'm pretty shy to begin with nd macros are everything turned up to 100. If I'm not that comfortable to walk up to a stranger and start chatting away I can't exactly see myself having an easy time getting up close and personal. It does depend a lot on the scenario too obviously. Still love them though. I'll probably just lurk around trying to look at them at least if possible. Amazing creatures. I already mostly lurk on these spaces so not much changes.
>>77517744Oh no, what is she doing? Can't she see how desperate and mindbroken those micro are?Why is she denying them view of her holy temple? They just want to worship her and drink her sacred nectar. Just a drop, please. How pitiful, so so pitiful.

>>77538599>>77538776Gonna repost then:>Best friend invites you to the game they're running.>Well, they've asked before, but this was the first time you agreed to try. You've always felt a bit awkward in social situations because, even compared to other macros, you're huge. And so much more so compared to normal folks.>You've got enough power to ensure you don't hurt anyone, and even in the past, when you've had some tragic whoopsies, you found yourself able to easily revive and heal them and undo the damage. Nowadays, you're generally able to avoid such things happening in the first place.>It's not that you regret being what you are. Heck, you're honest and self aware enough to admit to yourself that you enjoy being so big and powerful compared to everyone else.>...in principle.>In practice, however, you're a big softie. A big part of your awkwardness is concern over the possibility of making others uncomfortable. So much so that, frequently, that exceeds any actual discomfort your presence causes others.>Your friend and their group went out of their way to arrange things so that'd you'd be able to to be there.>Specifically, even given that it's middle of winter, they set up this time outdoors in a large open area, just to make sure you'd have space. Well, that and one other reason that becomes clear soon enough.>It was a relatively large group. In total, including your friend who was running it, there were five normal scale folks, one rather large macro couple that were (at least to your best guess) about 90 ft tall.>And then there was you, who, at approximately 1400 ft, were to that couple as they were to normal folks.>As you settle down on the ground near everyone else, you almost instinctively curl your tail around, giving lots of space, not tightly constraining the group, but blocking the wind and letting your body heat warm them enough so that they can take of their coats.>...Your friend smirks at you as you finally realize the "trap"(cont)
>>77550448(continued)>It was almost mean, but your friend really did want you to get out and socialize more. They wanted to help stop you from being functionally "embarrassed" of what you are. Your friend, knowing you quite well, plotted an Evil Plot: They'd set it up so that you'd naturally act to protect the group, where they'd be dependent on your presence, not necessarily in game, but to keep them warm. To create a situation where your protectiveness would override your awkwardness. >"Ass." you say softly, but you don't mean it at all, and you're smiling. "Thank you.">You go ahead and start designing a character, a gnome rogue with a heavy focus on persuasion and bluff. Basically, you're playing a bullshit artist.>Everyone has a great time together.>As the hours go on, it becomes more banter and less game, until one of the other players indicates that they need to get going.>You ask where they parked, they indicate the direction, and you uncurl your tail, stretching it out that way to act as a wind break and source of heat they can walk along until they get to their car, also lifting a paw to wave to them as they leave. "Goodnight!">(Of course, you wouldn't want to let the rest of the group freeze, so as you do so, you reposition so you can put your legs around them roughly where your tail was before)>Everyone else (including you) continue to goof around as the night goes on.

>>77554299I played a faggy anthro moth who was the warden of a spooky fae forest that his blue jay was traveling through. My character misidentified some flowers and wound up shrunken for it, whereupon anon’s bird found and tried to eat him. Moth got saved by the bell with a potion and took revenge on anonbird by making him a prisoner/pet and spending the rest of the runtime shrinking, bullying, spitting on and nearly drowning, caging, smothering in chest fluff/thighs/nuts/pheromones, and etcetera-ing him. We were going to start another rp that had me subbing to his sona or some other anthro bug, but I guess that’s not happening. Both of us slowed down from school starting back up, so I’m not sure if either he was busy and had a change of heart or he got upset that I was responding less. Probably one of those things and not unrelated since I think he made his account as a burner to add me. Anon seemingly went through the trouble of deleting all of his messages manually before leaving since a single post got missed, so there’s that. Now I wish I had a bird boi to step on me…
Waiting patiently for Deadlock's official release and the inevitable flood of primo Ivy content
