A post for fbx fixbro. I believe I've completed the fix after pecking at Unity's exposed eyes long enough. The added steps fix both the mouth issues and the phys bones after import. I included whole instruction set incase anyone encounters it and needs the full fix. >import fbx into blender with better fbx importer>export fbx (new* used Animation options / animation off, doubt this mattered though)>change rig type to generic>change it back to humanoid>reassign any bones it forgot (chest only, upper chest not needed)>new* unassign the jawbone, it was adding it unnecessarily which the rocrocot model doesn't account for which was causing the mouth stuck open issue.>new* select fbx in unity / model tab / check preserve hierarchy and apply. That fixes phys bones and remains fixed even if you unapply. I have no idea why. Unity is cursed>doneThe process always kicks accessories like hat and hair out of the hierarchy but those aren't a big deal to readd and reposition. It uploaded successfully and I popped in to confirm and all is functional. I have yet to try any geometry or viseme changes but I can't foresee problems since your earlier tests were working.
