Childe C1 decreases his cool down of his weapon swap by 75% and C6 nullifies it entirely as well as disabling the timer to make him swap back to the bow, Raiden Shogun also lives or dies by having C2. I haven't kept up in ages so I'm sure there's some Fontaine or Sumeru or Natlan units that really want you to have more copies of a character.
