I read Kounosuke's route for the first time and I couldn't believe how shit it was. The delivery of the love confessions was so dry and lacked any build-up that when this stupid retard went "Hiro... Hello again, /fvn/. This time I did the Hearthfire Bonus Epilogue. Something I was planning on doing, but I didn't notice it came out for free a few months ago. It starts off with them playing Smash and Tonraq playing for his first time. When they finally show the sprites, I would say there is noticeable improvement. Not the best art, but much better than Hearthfire's. A lot of the conflict is around Tonraq's social anxieties. As he was a hermit for a long time and only was part of a very small town for all of his life. It is kind of sweet to see how Chris handles him having a panic attack. Focusing on the culture shock Tonraq has. There were a few lines here and there that just kind of stuck out as annoying. The phrase toxic masculinity is rearing its head. Doesn't ruin the whole experience. And it's pretty light and sweet overall. Some more thoughts on Flaming Flagon: The horse seems like the hottest guy so far. So I'm going to go with him to start until I unlock more people. I wasn't really expecting it to be kind of like how a lot of porn text rpgs are where you just spend time grinding to get scenes and progression. Can't say I'm super wild about the system, but the art is good and I like the cast so far. Not really sure how much content each guy, but hopefully most of the ones I like have something.

This thread has been slow, so fuck it, I'll just say it. I've seen a couple of FVN devs retweet posts mocking Charlie Kirk's death. It's one thing to see a stranger laugh at someone's death. It's another to see someone you've talked to, someone whose work you've read, and see just how disgusting and horrid they really are. To make light of the death of just a normal guy simply for having different politics than them is truly heinous on a level I can't describe.
