Ratchet did save her life from the thugs in GC and the whole galaxy, and showed he really had the hots for her and wanted to protect her multiple times, then she went to hang out with them at their apartment. I could def see Angela rockin his cock as a reward (a celebratory/grateful booty call) and maybe going out with him for a while, but only for a few weeks or months.
