Tephra is a redhead blackmith who lost her eye after a hunt gone wrong and she simply retired and became a blacksmith since her semblance allows her to reshape metal to her liking but requires concentration. She's basically just Hephaestus, large, imposing but shy and a recluse. A Beacon Alumni like Qrow which is how they met.While Orchid is an eagle faunus and a former assassin from an Argus syndicate family who Qrow rescued after she was left for dead after she basically got dumped near a Grimm hotspot. Her semblance lets her see visions of the future but only on individuals she touches and from their perspective. Based on the eagle who tormented Prometheus by eating his liver every day.
