Another fun morning with my father sabotaging our water pump AND also reneging on having said he will pay 800$ of the rent this month. (deciding he should pay only 200$ instead, completely forgetting he hasn't paid the part from last month...or purposefully trying to put us behind and give reason to evict us)

He initially was doing 750$ to my mom's 250$ because he's an air conditioning man and my mom cleans houses when she can. He also gets 2000$ at the beginning of every month into his account and somehow that disappears when rent comes along. His current point is that with other people living here HE shouldn't be paying as much. (he's also planning on moving his shit to a shop despite not telling us this, he wants to pay 0$ here)The water pump is our landlord's, it's part of the house because we live in the country and therefore need water through that. A couple days ago I noticed he turned off a valve, after I fixed that he went deeper on this and starting fucking with the pump itself. We're not sure exactly how he's sabotaging it since we don't know electrical shit, but general consensus is that he's unwrapped the red wire from the small box on the pump. (just enough that the pump stops working after a while)
