Okay so I did the math, at work I walk about 15,000-25,000 steps a day. Pending on how busy I am.Factor in my ADHD I’m a fast walker, I’m 5’11” 185 pounds, estimate says that burns around 1000 calories calories. By which I aim to consume 6,000-10,000 calories a day. So if I slow downs my walk speed. I could save 200 calories, and then there’s lifting/carrying I do. Which estimate says I burn about 1000 calories.so if I round up and say I do burn the avg 2500 calories a day.And I consume at least 6,000 calories that’s 3,500 calories (1 pound) that goes to recovery, and another pound should go to gains?So I should truly aim for 8,000-10,000 a day.
