There's no such thing as getting too big when it comes to muscle mass.

For example, for a buff Cream, I like to imagine that she wanted to be better prepared to fight villains, to be taken seriously by her friends and to not depend on heroes like Sonic or Knuckles to save her, only to end up absolutely jacked by sheer training and maybe some extra help from someone like Tails and his tech
